A PRACTICAL METHOD OF ROBOT SIMULATION

Abstract: This paper presents a efficient and high precise method of industrial robot (IR) simulation, which is an influence coefficient (IC) method. This method realizes the simulation of IR on microcomputer. Based on it and with FORTRAN language, a IR general simulation program (RGSP)⑴ has been programmed on IBM-PC/XT microcomputer. The simulation of PT-600 are welding robot (PT-600) has been made on microcomputer by means of this program. And the results provide theoretical basis for improving the robot.
