ANALYTICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DYNAMIC RESPONSES OF ELASTIC SPACE MECHANISMS

Abstract: This paper presents an analytical and experimental study on the Kinete-Elastodynamic analysis of spatial linkages. The finite element method is applied to model dynamic equations for general elastic space mechanisms. A new efficient method is put forward to sieve the differential equations of the mechanism. The numerical and experimental results of the RSS’R spatial mechanism well verify the analytical theory and method proposed in this paper.
