OPTIMAL POURING TIME FROM CASTING DATA

Abstract: The importance of optimal pouring time for the production of defectfree casting is emphasized. Considering casting geometrical parameters the formulae of optimal pouring time for grey and ductile iron were developed with the aid of the mathematical statistical method.
