Abstract:
The evolution stages and
their features of gear technology in recent centuries were described
briefly. It has been indicated that gear technology is a fundamental one
with remarkable feature of machinery product. The developments both in
international and Chinese gear industries and the distinctions of
different stages between domestic and abroad were reviewed, and prospect
of gear technology in “over centuryend” period was predicted.
