Abstract:
Mesh
stiffness of cycloid-needle pair based on Hertz formula and mesh
stiffness of involute pair based on Shi Chuan formula is formulated.
Moreover, payload replaced with inertial plate, a dynamic model of the
RV-6AⅡ reducer is formulated and several important parameters are
evaluated. Finally, established model is verified through experiments.
