Abstract: Converting a nonlinear problem to a linear one by means of the least square fit method, it is presented a non-linear error modeling modeling method based on the measuring data. Combined with the example, the items be attended is pointed out in modeling. The results of simulation of five axes parallel machine tool show that the model based on the above method is of high accuracy. Using the model to compensate the machine tool can raise the accuracy of it greatly.
