Abstract:
The design
system is carried out on super-low-specific-speed high-speed centrifugal
pumps. With head-capacity and efficiency-capacity display dynamically on
computer screen, the design procedure which can be carried out
automatically by computer and can shorten design, consists of the
one-dimension optimum design with objective of efficiency and small
flowrate stability, and three-dimension flow analysis on complex
impeller. The experimental results and on-spot application of design
example shows that the proposed method is reasonable.
