Abstract:
Mechanisms
of micro-hole vibration drilling with three stages, which are entrance,
drilling and exit, are analyzed. Optimal vibration parameters of the
stages are determined by experiments of regressive method. A new method
for vibration drilling is put forward. The method is that vibration
parameters are changed with the stages of drilling hole so that the
parameters of the stages are kept to be optimal. Present investigation
shows that the new method overcomes drawbacks of ordinarily drilling and
is effective way improving quality of drilling micro holes.
