Abstract:
Because
the working process of high speed hydraulic press is repeat and large
quantity of heat produced by the hydraulic system throttling, a new
iterative PID controller is designed. By using the memory ability of
computer, the controller keeps the last times’ error information and
then applies this information to the next times’ control. The simulation
and practice application shows the iterative PID controller has the
characteristics of simplicity and high repeating precision, which can
meet the need of high speed hydraulic press.
