Abstract:
Two
methods of high accuracy testing of eccentric mass of huge rotors are
proposed. Based on the principle of hydrostatic bearing, the new
equipment can support a rotor as heavy as hundreds of tons while keeps
it in a floating state. Therefore, the influence of friction is
eliminated. Two kinds of structures of the equipment are introduced with
the comparison of their advantages and disadvantages. Experiments show
that the new equipment an reach high accuracy as well as high
feasibility of engineering achievement.
