Abstract:
According
to the engage relation of cycloidal gear with the pin wheel in type 2K-V
transmission, the formulas of relationship between transmission
precision and mesh error of the actual profile of gears are established;
then a synthesis mesh error is proposed as a quantified concourse of
error to judge the transmission error, therefore the machining
tolerances relative to basis for machining high precision 2K-V drives
with cycloidal gears. With the calculation and experiment test records
of typical example, the correctness of the relationship and calculation
is confirmed.
