ADAPTIVE MEASURE AND ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS METHOD ORIENTED TO LASER MACHINING

Abstract: Based on the existing integrated measure/control/laser processing equipment, not only position of measured points but also posture of theses points may be obtained via adaptive measuring. Data with position and posture information can be used to train the neural networks comprehensively, then to produce track data for laser materials processing, This method brings measure and machine more closely, and CAX processes may be avoided, therefore it is more intelligent.
