DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF VIBRATING CONE CRUSHER WITH COMPOUND SYNCHRONIZATION CONSIDERING MATERIAL'S ACTIVITY

Abstract: Based on analysis of the processes of material crushing and hysteretic characteristics of materials, a hysteretic model with clearances to describe the material layer being crashed in a vibrating cone crusher with compound synchronization is presented. The dynamic model and the nonlinear vibrating equations of the crusher vibrating system are established considering the material active forces. These are the fundamental theories for further studying.
