Abstract:
On the
basis of FMD (Flexible multi-body dynamics) theory, more accurate
dynamic model for linkage mechanism with clearance connections is
established, considers the strong couple between rigid movement with
clearances and elastic linkages deformation. By combining numerical
integral method solving stiff equation with mode analysis method solving
elastic deformation responses, the dynamic response of linkage mechanism
with clearance connections is achieved. The example indicates that the
modeling and solving method is accurate and more general for mechanical
optimal design.
