Abstract:
The
integration of expert system in spot welding based on neural network is
studied. The integrating tactics for data base, knowledge base and
control of expert system in spot welding is presented. By use of VB, the
integration frame and subsystem of intelligent expert system in spot
welding is constructed under WINDOWS. It is realized to select technical
parameter of spot welding and evaluate quality of spot weld
intelligently, and can provide technique to realize intelligent
integration of unit manufacturing in resistance welding.
