Abstract: Based on the fundament of magneto-hydro-dynamics, 3-D coupled numerical simulation model for the flow field and temperature field is establisbed on the electromagnetic force. The software is developed by methods of SIMPLE (semi-implicit method for pressure linked equation) and finite control cubage. Effect on the flow field and temperature field is analyzed, which include distribution rule of electromagnetic force and stir scope and drawing velocity and casting temperature.
