Abstract: Chip controlling is the pivotal technique in the modern advanced mechanical manufacture system. If the problems of chip controlling are not solved, none of the perfect automation process can realize. The restrict relationship of chip and technical system obstacle is studied based on the theoretical study on chip movement contrail. The restrict equation of judging whether the chip will contract with the obstacle is founded. The influence rule of main factor on the chip curl (The main incline ) is discussed Filially the method of judging chip up-curling non-breaking plugging area and the cutting condition of how to avoid it is provided.
