Abstract:
The
self-excited horizon vibration of single-roll driving mill is analyzed.
The non-line equation of the horizon motion is derived bade on analyzing
the relationship between relative velocity and relative deform of
rolling contact interface, the effects of friction transformed from
sticking-sliding state to sliding state on the movement are determined.
The horizon motion of mil is analyzed by the state-plane method. A limit
circle which can describe the path of the sticking-sliding motion
requisition in the parameters plane is deduced. The model of
self-excited horizon vibration is presented.
