Abstract:
When
statistical process control (SPC) is used in a small batch manufacturing
process, a critical problem is how to fully acquire and utilize
information about process (including existing objective data and
empirical judgment). According to this question, an algorithm of dynamic
quality control based on Bayesian decision-theorem is introduced, and
those procedures such as dynamic modeling, parameter estimating and
model interrupting are described in detail. At last, a case study is
given.
