Abstract:
The external longitudinal magnetic field of LD10CS aluminum alloy in EMS
welding is calculated by FEM. The effects of the many factors (e . g .
iron-core medium, mounting position etc) of the external magnetic field
in EMS welding are discussed. On the basis of uniformity rule of
external magnetic field, the single axisymmetrical coil is designed.
