Abstract:
The effect
of the centrifugal force cutting temperature stresses and the position
of roll tensioning on the dynamic behavior and the critical speed of the
circular saw blade is researched with the nonlinear and the matrix
perturbation theories. The optimum position of roll tensioning is
analyzed under the action of the centrifugal force and cutting
temperature stresses. The effect of tamped radius on the optimum
position is also analyzed.
