Abstract:
A kind of
new design way of electromechanical system of the high performance
linear servo motor, including the hardware and control system is
presented. Because this system adopt raster to measure the position and
uses the DSP to process the signal, and apply the sliding mode control
arithmetic based on the state observer, the electromechanical dynamic
performance of linear servo motor is tested in experimental environment,
the result shows that the performance of this system is very high.
