ANALYSYS METHOD OF DYNAMIC BEHAVIORS OF GUIDWAY JOINT AND ITS APPICATION

Abstract: The analysis method of dynamic behaviors of the slidway joint is proposed based on the fundamental parameters at unit joint surface. And it is applied in the dynamic analysis of a whole machine tool structure. The problem of determining of the dynamic characteristics parameters of joints in machine tool is solved, And this made it possible to predicate the dynamic behaviors of machine tools at the stage of its plan design.
