Abstract: From the point of view of motion, the gearing theory and calculation method of multi-flow transmission system of double drive hoist are analyzed. An example of analyzing and calculation is given to illustrate the performances and features of this multi-flow transmission system. With the theory and method of power bonding figure, a bonding figure model with coupling vibration is established for the first time at home for multi-flow transmission system of double drive hoist at considering elastic supporting. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is carried out. An experimental device of double drive planetary reducer is designed. The gear test jig is reformed and multi-channel signal collecting of torsional vibration is realized. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of double drive planetary reducer system are revealed comprehensively. This proves the correctness of bonding figure modeling for multi-flow transmission system of double drive hoist and the effectiveness of the method put forward in this dissertation.
