Abstract: The properties of erosion-wear resistance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and
0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel used in turbine with different erosion
velocity, impact angle and slurry consistence are tested. The surface
failure and micro-damage mechanism of materials are searched. The
results showed that the influence of erosion velocity and slurry content
on erosion-wear resistance of two materials is similar. Also, the
important influence on erosion-wear of materials is the impact angle.
The weight of erosion-wear of materials is increased when the erosive
angle are changed from 0 to 45°. And the weight on erosion-wear of
material is decreased along with the erosive angle increased in 45°~60°.
