Abatract: On the basis of water-cooled copper anode, the results of
hollow cathode vacuum arc spectrum distribution and cross-section along
the arc length are presented. The spectrum structrues are analysed.
Also, the potential investigation on hollow cathode vacuum arc are
proposed.
