Abstract: The technology of combined sinking-bulging auto- mobile corrugated sleeve is proposed, and the deformation mould is designed. The designed principle is given for determining the bulging elastic meson, the mechanical model for combined necking-bulging corrugated sleeve is founded, and the stress equilibrium equations for deformation zones are deduced. The strain field and stress field is calculated on the basis of the test research.
