Abstract: The
Object-oriented programming method is applied to the numerical
simulation of the cold roll-forming, the code is the additions and
deletions because of the clear administrative levels and high
modularization. And the elastic-plastic large deformation spline strip
method is updated. Combining with the flow model, the forming process of
the channel is simulated successfully and the results of the example
coincide with experimental result in relational document. The validity
of the calculational method and the model is proved further.
