Abstract:
The forming process of liquid-solid extrusion composite tubes is
simulated by means of thermal rigid-plastic quasi-coupled FEM to
reveal Its plastic deformation behavior, According to the FEM
simulation system software, the stress-strain field, the
temperature field and the deformation pressure (ire obtained by
the re-meshing technology, and the relative problems, including
the stress-strain constitutive relation, simplified method for
the liquid area in the deforming body, are analyzed. The comparison
of the numerical simulation results and the experiments
validated the reliability of the system, which provided a
theoretic basis for the assurance of the product forming quality
and the rational choice of the technology parameters.
