MAGNETIC SIMULATION AND DESIGN

OF HALL VANE SENSORS

Abstract: Hall vane sensoi1 is designed and simulated with FEA software ANSYS. The static and dynainic simulation methods are stablished and proved to be accurate enough by simulating Honeywell 2AV series Hall vane sensors. Sm2Col7 permanent magnet is substituted for AINiCoS permanent magnet in the AINiCo Hall device, After revised and optimized, a new highly precise Hall device is got, which had the same performance as the original one and lower cost.
