Abstract: The eternity of manufacturing technology is discussed
through social development, materialization of science technology,
pillar of industry and manufacturing system etc. The feature of the
modern manufacturing technology is analyzed through extension of
manufacturing concept, synthesis of manufacturing technology ,
information technology, tool , precision engineering and nano-technology
etc. At last ,chance and challenge for manufacturing technology is
elaborated through the relation between traditional technology and
advanced-new technology , product requirement of trade , development
direction of modern manufacturing technology, foreground of the world
manufacturing centre and talent education etc.
