THEORY AND EXPERIMENT EVALUATION ABOUT LOAD ADJUSTMENT OF GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP SYSTEM

Abstract: In order to match the export capacity of geothermal heat pump system (GHPS) and the actual load, selection of suitable adjustment mode for GHPS and the influence of such mode on cycling parameters of GHPS are researched. Firstly, some adjustment modes are compared and it is found that the mode of import frequency conversion of compressor is better than others in GHPS. Secondly, experiments on a GHPS are done, with the frequencies changing from 30 Hz to 55 Hz. Lastly, based on the analysis of experimental data, the relationships between the compressor frequency and other important parameters are given, which may be helpful to adjust GHPS’ export capacity.
