Abstract: Compensators and forecast arithmetic in a telecontrol
system based on Internet are designed to improve the system performance
affected by uncertain Internet-induced time delay. UDP protocol and
time-drive method are adopted to realize the telecontrol system. The
simulation shows that the telecontrol system has better performance and
robust.
