Abstract: Based on study of engaging theory and load distribution for
toroidal drive, calculating formulae of EHD oil film thickness is given.
EHD condition for the drive is analyzed. EHD oil film thickness
distributions and their effecting factors along with their effects are
analyzed. The results are useful in design and manufacture for the
drive.
