Abstract: Electrorheological suspensions performance basing on SrTiO3/PANI electrorheological particles under different volume of particles, different dispersing medium (silicon oil/ transformer oil/castor oil/liquid-paraffin/chlorination-paraffin) and different additive are presented. These electrorheologic regress analyse are obtained by the experiment, and the result has showed that the electrorheological effect of electrorheological suspensions of composing SrTiO3/PANI particles with castor oil are more greater than those of others in their electrorheological performance. The expressions of shear stress is electric field have been obtained in different conditions by the experiment and regress analyse, which is the theory foundation of application for engineering.

Key words: SrTiO3/PANI particles  Dispersing medium  Electrorheological suspensions performances
