Abstract: Disassembly of products is effective way of implementing environment protection and saving resources and energy. The disassembly sequence and path are the main concept of disassembly research. According to the facts of researches on disassembly sequence, a method of the hierarchy network graph is proposed to generate the disassembly sequence. The method uses VC++6.0 to develop the three-dimension software UG to get and supplement the related information of assembly graph, effectively solves the deficiency of information from assembly graph, and solves the expression problems when the number of parts is too much and the relations among the parts are too complicated. Furthermore the related information can be input and amended, the disassembly process can be demonstrated dynamically, and the disassembly sequence can be automatically generated and edited and optimized. Finally, based on the mobile agent/MAS (Multi-Agent system), the three-dimension disassembly path of parts is studied, and some instructions are given to the automatic disassembly of robot. And the accessory of is exemplified. The result can be fed back to the design environment and instruct the design process of products.

Key words: Disassembly sequence  Hierarchical network graph  Agent/MAS  Three-dimension disassembly path
