Abstract: The components of the micro stereo vision system are
introduced. The process of 3D reconstruction is divided into such
segments as stereo microscope, image-obtaining, micrograph processing,
features exttraction , stereo-matching, camera-calibration, depth
recovering, surface interpolating etc. The parts of feature extracting
and stereo-matching of micrograph are depicted especially. Based on the
comparison of present methods, their disadvantages and improvements are
pointed out.
