Abstract: The structure of the micromanipulators system for the
coupling and splicing of fiber to optical waveguide is discussed. Some
key issues are also analyzed, such as the design of micromanipulator,
calibration, visual servo system, detecting and controlling system of
micro-optical power, searching strategy, micro-injection system, etc.
And several highlights are given about the system.
