Abstract: The machinery and equipments are developed toward high-efficiency, more precision, intelligent, integrated, and numerical directions now. It is strict more and more to the requirement of design quality of the machinery and equipment. The most important role of product design is paid in the research and development of modern machinery and equipments. The contents of generalization quality are discussed and the effect of products design on the synthesis quality of the products such as construction characteristics, working characteristics and manufacturing characteristics are explained. Three fold synthesis design method based on “dynamic design, intelligent design and partial virtual design” is submitted and the contents and its characteristics are explained. These requirements to the synthesis generalization quality of the products in the wide range can be realized by means of this method. The method is used in the practice of several products design and the more efficient results are obtained.
