CLUTCH STARTING CONTROL WITH A CONSTANT ENGINE SPEED IN PART PROCESS FOR A CAR

Abstract: The problem about clutch starting control is the key point how to realize the automatic transmission for a car. On the basis of integrating control laws of fixed engine speed with constant engine speed, the control law of constant engine speed in part process is proposed. The rules that engagement speed and displacement of the clutch vary with throttle pedal opening, engine speed and driven plate speed of clutch are established by computer simulation. It provides a control method to design a car with automatic transmission.
