Abstract: Automatic weld seam tracking takes an important role in
the welding industry. Control precision and real-time concurrence of
seam tracking has immeasurable effect on the welding quality. It’s
significant to increase the precision and reduce the cost of the seam
tracking system. The developmental process is researched from the
hardware components and control methods. And the development tend of the
technique is analysis and expected.
