STUDY ON TASK PLAN ALGORITHM FOR INJECTION PRODUCT AND MOLD COLLABORATIVE DESIGN

Abstract: Collaborative design supports distributed team- work that addresses interrelated aspects of a product development. In the first phrase of product development, a good task plan can make the collaborative design go smoothly, and improve design efficiency and quality. To develop a task plan system, its key technology is discussed. A fuzzy design structure matrix is used to describe the coupling relationship of subtasks of a product develop process, and a new fuzzy sort algorithm for process re-engineering and sequence is put forward. According to designers’ comprehensive qualification, interest and time constraint, a task assignment algorithm is designed. A new time arrange strategy, based on subtasks’ concurrent degree and coupling degree measure, for task schedule is also gave out. As a case study, injection product and mold collaborative design is demonstrated.
