Abstract: The planning of FMS is a very complicated system project,
and its final quality is affected by a lot of factors. Hence, a
systematic and comprehensive evaluation model established for the FMS
planning is necessary. A comprehensive evaluation model based on the
hierarchy analysis is proposed, through which planned schemes of the FMS
can be analyzed, evaluated, compared and demonstrated at multiple levels
with the fuzzy analysis, and the best one can be selected to guide the
implementation and ensure the performance of the FMS.
