RELIABILITY COMPUTING NEW THEORY OF MECHANICAL ELEMENTS WITH MULTI  FAILURE MODE

Abstract: The difficult topic of the mechanical elements reliability with MFM(Multi failure mode), witch is not resolved for a long time, is solved . It is the first time to present the mechanical elements reliability value with MFM is between the value of independence hypothesis theory and the value of weakness component theory, moreover it is a continual linear change process in accordance with change of the main and secondary correlation coefficient r12. A mathematic model for computing elements reliability with MFM, which is proved scientifically and precisely by the O.Ditlevsen theory is given. Finely an calculating example of transmitted shaft reliability is preferred.
