Abstract: A new secondary regulation hydraulic system is introduced,
in which the entrances and exports of variable-displacement motors in
traditional secondary regulation system based on fixed-pressure net are
serially connected. A fixed displacement pump is applied as the oil
supply, so that the flow-rate through each variable-displacement motor
equals to the output flow-rate of pump approximately. In this way, a
secondary regulation system based on fixed flow-rate net is composed of.
Based on this, the structure of high-speed switchmode secondary
regulation system based on fixed flow-rate net, which could enhance its
low-speed characteristic, is put forward. Corresponding theoretical
analysis and simulations show that the virtues in traditional secondary
regulation system based on fixed-pressure net such as high efficiency
and energy reclamation are inherited, and the structure is simplified
remarkably. The throttle lost is decreased considerably, and the energy
saving efficiency is optimal.
