RESEARCH ON THE OPTIMAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE POLICY BASED ON RELIABLILITY CONSTRAINTS

Abstract: The recursion relation between preventive maintenance (PM) cycle is built up concerning with the concept of effective age. And the optimal PM policy model satisfying the reliability constraints in finite time horizon of the equipment following Weibull distribution is proposed. This approach avoids the shortcoming of mathematical model in infinite time horizon and can be used to aid scheduling the maintenance plan and providing decision support for job shop scheduling.
