Abstract: With regard to integrated structure parts, a new method, to determine the relationship between displacement and characteristic curve curvature, is approached. A new formula to be followed while correcting the distorted parts is analyzed. Based on the analysis, the expression for computing U section part’s reverse bending curvature in corresponding to its original deformed curvature is obtained. Elastic-plastic theory is applied in deducing the expression. For operating convenience, a formula for accounting the reverse stroke of pressing down is further given. To special aviation integrated structure parts, connection curves are presented. The result reflected the relation between the correcting curvature and the deformed parts’ original curvature, and the relation between the stroke of pressing down and the original curvature. The examples show that the method presented is practical.
