STUDY ON THE KEY TECHNOLOGIES

OF 3D DIGITAL MEASUREMENT

Abstract: In the 3D digital measurement of large-scale objects, image mosaic is the key technology to achieve the whole measurement for the small measuring field of sensor unit. The mobile-coordination-measuring-systems-based three-dimensional image mosaic technology is proposed. It has good flexibility and manoeuvrability, and also can expand the measuring space to meet the needs. Through experiments, the method is proven to be with relative high precision on three-dimensional image mosaic and space length measuring error is less than 0.091%.
