Abstract: Measurement
of the pressure response property of the ABS system is required for
building control model and designing control logics of ABS. A test bench
for measuring pressure regulating property is designed and manufactured,
and corresponding test program is written. Furthermore, measured and
analyzed are the model MK20 hydraulic module, which is widely used in
domestic-made cars, and its ABS hydraulic brake lines. Test results show
the measurement system built is valid. Based on analysis of hydraulic
pressure response property, realization of fine regulation of the
pressure is raised.
