Abstract: Complex method is adopted, SP rolling mill’s kinematics
rule of synchronism machanism and side machanism are completely
simulated by engineering calculation software fortran language. At first
the sizes of little and big eccentric center are optimized, the result
of maximal constant velocity interval is obtained by calculation, at
this base, the initial angular and eccentricity of side framing are
optimization analysed. A group of optimal values of die maximal validity
range are obtained. A conclusion of initial design is rational, through
comparing reality used value of SP machanism die’s kinematics with
optimization value. It gets a theory to understand SP rolling mill
kinetic characteristic and improve further.
